Very good care
I have seen Natasha Taylor many times and she has always been thorough and efficient. She properly diagnosed me when a doctor failed to (different practice). I am surprised at some of these reviews as my experience has always been pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended!

If I could give a zero..
She barely heard what I had to say she cut me off every time I tried to explain myself. She walked away as she was telling me about a procedure she was going to perform, but didn’t explain herself. I am a nurse and was caught off guard by how she treated me. I can’t imagine someone without any medical experience thinking everyone is like this. Horrible by far the worst I’ve ever had to deal with In healthcare. I was looking forward to this visit as I was told they are excellent but I won’t judge the entire office based off one person I will be seeing someone else. I walked in okay and left with fear. She’s the worst.

Attentive and patient PA
I was having terrible ear pain and the office was able to find me an appointment quickly. Mrs. Taylor, the PA in the Deland office was so patient and understanding with me despite my discomfort. She took her time with me and was very thorough in examining to me why I had so much pain. I appreciate her so much as well as her medical assistants and front staff. Everyone was so nice and empathetic to my pain. Thank you for caring for me and making me feel like I was with family.

If you have Tinnitus you will receive an audio test a review of the test with explanation of the test at a technical level and that's about it. I was told that I have lazy eardrum without an explanation of what that really intells. My left ear has hair issues. Without info if the hairs will grow back. The hair damage was prosbly a result from sinus infection. (I found this out on my own.) After that's over, your done. I have learned more about Tinnitus from utube, reading a book called Rock Steady. I would highly recommend reading this book Also It's available on audio... Worst of all, I was told that Tinnitus is part of aging. If that's so. then why do so many young people have it too. Looking for a second opinion.

My appointment with Natasha was unpleasant to say the least. She’s very caustic in her approach, and from the exam room you can hear her belittle the nurses and other staff members as you wait to be seen. She cut me off before I had the chance to explain what was going on with me, and was quick to make assumptions. When I asked what the name of the drug was that she was prescribing me, she automatically assumed I was going to try and find it over the counter and was condescending towards me. When I told her I work in pharmaceuticals and was curious, she quickly changed her tone. Had she taken the time to listen to me, she may have saved me the other trip to the office I had to make to see another provider. I refused to see her again.

Would not recommend to any individual experiencing voice issues. I sought help after experiencing voice loss due to neck trauma and instead was misdiagnosed and treated for reflux that I did not have. If she or her associates would have taken the time to give me the thorough evaluation I needed and requested over 3 appointments I would have been on the road to recovery weeks ago instead of just starting with a new doctor and dealing with Unnecessary PPI withdraw. Another doctor did a strobe on first visit, verified my issue as muscular due to trauma, and completely changed my life. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Maybe she is better at treating ear infections.

Mrs Taylor is b y far the best provider I have ever been to. She is very thural and takes the time to explain everything to you. I was seen by her back in 15 when she was the only provider to DX me correctly from the DR to the primary, so I have my complete Faith in her. I just wish other providers cared as much.
