Billing a Minor
First Ms. Joyner was very rude to my wife. She ordered a drug test of my son without letting us know. Finally bill comes for the drug test and it's in my son's name who's a minor. Not sure when billing a minor became standard practice. Not to mention she neglected to diagnose my son properly, who has now been diagnosed properly.

I went to Ms. Joyner for a few months and she was ok. At first, I felt like she was helping me, but then came to realize she lacks professionalism. I asked her numerous times if it was possible for me to get a sooner appointment w/ my psychiatrist there because I was out of meds and she wasn’t on top of it all. I had to constantly text her about it, practically begging her and she made it seem as if it was impossible just to let me know if that was a possibility. I felt discouraged. She was also supposed to write a letter on my behalf in regards to my mental health for an academically related matter and although she told me she was going to do it, she never did. I decided to stop seeing her and seek mental health services elsewhere.
