I really wanted to like my experience as she listened to my concerns during the visit and took a detailed history at the visit itself and overall had decent bedside manner, however I was put on a new antidepressant and told to follow up with her once it had time to work. I did that but never heard anything back after expressing some worsening symptoms and concerns. I felt pretty discouraged after that and never went back, but I feel that it’s quite dangerous not to have some kind of protocol to follow up with patients with a long history of depression after starting them on a new medication. Some people don’t have the strength or support needed to thrive and need a care team that is thorough in their practice.

She was great with my children. They were so scared but she quickly made them feel comfortable and by the time we left they were asking to come back! I also enjoy my checkups and she is very responsive and kind!

Finding a caring doctor is becoming very hard these days and when you find someone who takes time to listen to your issues and find you best cure, it feels like you won a lottery. Seriously Natalya has really helped me with my headaches and I feel safe in her care. I feel confident about my medications and treatment. Thanks Natalya
