She has helped get my crohns manageable

I have had very good experiences with Natalie over the years (3? 4? who knows). She is willing to engage in intelligent discourse with people who aren’t doctors, and takes continuing conversations and follow-ups seriously. I put her opinion right up there with any other medical professional’s, if not higher. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind.

She really listens to her patients and is so knowledgeable. She’s the only Dr to ever help me manage my gastroparesis . In case of an issue her staff returns calls quickly. I’m very pleased with this entire office.

I like to use words of "bedside manner" when speaking of those in the medical field (Doctor, Surgeon, PA, Nurse, CNA etc.), who I've seen or see. I feel there are many aspects to "bedside manner". Including what I refer to as the "3 C's" of Care, Concern, and Compassion. Along with being a very good listener, and one who is great with their follow up. Natalie has demonstrated all those qualities to me as her patient, and I would recommend her to others without any hesitation. Natalie is great.

I think she can become better. Treated one of my symptoms while ignoring other symptoms that were worsening, ended up worse than I started. I would encourage her to listen to all of her patients symptoms
