Natalie takes the time to listen to you and your issues before she makes a diagnosis. She fully explains her thought process, what options are available, and any concerns about treatment without judgement. She is readily available via the health portal and replies promptly to any messages. She is really personable and makes you feel comfortable. She was spot on with my diagnosis and has helped me get back to better health.
