I’ve been seeing Dr. Jones for almost two years now and she has been helped me turn my life around, especially my work life. At the previous office near Red Bug, yes it did take longer to be seen; the space was hot; and the offices dark. Now that she’s in her new office space, things seem more streamlined and the longest I’ve waited for my appt was 20 minutes; the building is cool; and the office space is more soothing. She takes time to listen to my questions/concerns if I have them. I don’t feel rushed to leave. Given her practice area, it’s understandable that some patients may need more time, especially if they’re dealing with acute changes. The only issue I have is that I don’t ever know what to expect to pay when I have an appt, since my insurance doesn’t have a set co-pay amount, and I have to have paid my deductible before office visit fees decrease.

You will be waiting between a minimum of 30 minutes to (most I’ve ever had to wait) 3 HOURS, (average is 75 minutes) past your appointment time. This is not because she Takes extra time with each patient to make sure every aspect of their lives is ok. It’s because she crams so many patients into a day she overbooks every single day. Doc, If you know appointments run over consistently stop scheduling so many. Jones has a quantity not quality approach to mental healthcare. Their focus is the bottom Line. They waited over 18 months to collect my files from my previous doctors which I only left because i switched insurances despite repeated requests to do so. And if small details are indicators of bigger picture issues, they are so cheap that their corner cutting ranges from refusing to air condition the front lobby (where you wait up to three hours sweating) to refusal to invest into telemedicine platforms, making all patients come into the office and putting everyone at risk.

I came across Dr. Jones’ reviews recently and I was appalled at what was written about her. My son and I have been seeing Dr. Jones for well over a year now and I couldn’t disagree more with what was written. First of all, I have never had a Dr. care as much as she does. She goes out of her way to make herself available to see us as we live pretty far away and drive over 30 miles to see her once a month. Next, think about the nature of the business, yes you may have to wait for your appointment past your time but I can say I am willing to wait knowing that when I am in crisis (which I am sure most patients are from time to time) she takes the time to ensure I don’t leave her office until it is safe. That, in itself will set back appointment times. I would rather have a Dr. give me the attention I need and have longer wait times than a Dr. who doesn’t care and and when my 15 minutes is up, shuffles me out of the office no matter what state I am in. Couldn't fit the rest.

I find Dr. Jones to be very compassionate person who really listens and answers questions and offers advice and helps you understand the treatment plan you are on. The only time I have had to wait to be seen is when the patient before me was in distress and needed more time. I myself have been in that position and am very thankful she has taken extra time to make sure I am feeling better before I leave the office.

After a 20 minute appointment told me that I was bipolar. She had me on four different medications. I turn fat and into a zombie. Then proceeded to tell me but I had depression and wanted to put me on another medication. I eventually got myself off of all of the poison that she put me on. It ends up the whole time I just had a little bit of anxiety. The wait is usually 1 to 2 hours. The waiting room is hot as hell. Constantly new staff coming and going. The kicker is that she’s not even a psychiatrist. Look it up

Always late to work. Even at opening time, she's 45+ minutes behind schedule. Sometimes she shows up right at opening. I've talked to her about my concerns, but she brushed me off like she didn't have time for it. Had numerous billing issues & was told at one point that "it's not my department" according to her. That's okay, because I found a doctor that appreciates my time. I went here once a month for a prescription slip, my general physician is able to write it. My GP also charged a cheaper copay, makes me wonder what Jones's office was doing. One thing she is doing though, she talked about me behind my back instead of talking directly to me. Someone else I know is seeing her, Jones asked them if I left a negative review & got offended after she read that I'm seeing another doctor. Dr Jones, you had your chance & blew it.

I brought my roommates mother to see Dr. jones for her monthly visit for 4 years. The staff was courteous and attentive and you could tell they really cared. Sometimes, the visits were a little extensive , but that was because Dr. Jones was very meticulous and listened very closely to her patients needs. Her calm demeanor was very inviting. Would very highly recommend. :-)

I've been going there too long! Uncompassionate, your wait time is ridiculous, the front office is very inexperienced and come and go forever changing faces! She never calls you back and leaves you hanging until you repeatedly call back. Horrible place!

I have been seeing Dr. Naomi Jones for several years. She is a very hard working, dedicated, compassionate and caring! On occasion, your scheduled appointment time may run over. This is merely her commitment to provide each and every patient the needed time. Can't disagree with that! Joe B

The most dangerous person in psychiatry I have ever experienced. Her patient has been threatening me and claiming he sees demons and has been baker acted right after Dr. Jones diagnosed him with anxiety in her mental evaluation. Her patient claims that Dr. Jones is watching me and following me. The receptionist at this office is extremely rude and unhelpful. They seem to have no concern that this man is a schizophrenic and a danger to the community.

Very unprofessional office and Naomi Jones is extremely unethical in the way she dealt with my daughter. She discharged my minor child via a letter to her without notifying me. Wait times are often up to 2 hours for a 5 minute appointment. They forced my minor child's therapist to discharge her without notifying either of us. I would definitely not recommend her.

Dr. Jones will give you what you need medically and understands that people with mental issues take controlled substances. As long as you are honest with what works for you, she is a great doc to help with anxiety, insomnia, adhd and depression. Easy to talk to, very friendly!

Referred by a family member who has seen Dr. Jones for 3 years. Sweet, caring woman and will make sure you get the right medication. She is respectful to those who respect her, so as long as you don't lie to get medications, she is very accomodating.

I have been seeing Dr. Jones for years, and I recommended my husband to her as well. She handles crisis situations, so stress is a part of her day. But she is lovely, warm and a friend once you establish a relationship with her based on trust and respect. The staff is super friendly!
