1 star because won’t let me give 0. My wife was in sever back pain and needed a referral to back specialist. Called office on Monday and was told Naomi was out of the office but her nurse would call back. No one called back so contacted on Tuesday and was told “sorry” maybe she will call today, no one called and wife still in sever pain. Wednesday called back and was told Naomi’s mom died and office said they would not call and bother her with my wife’s problem and no one else could help. Complete patient abandonment! Ended up in ER, was very serious, cancer. The people a her office are completely worthless and uncaring as is this APN. Will be reporting her to state nursing board for patient abandonment. Stay away!

Her years of experience become evident in the manner in which she treats patients. She listens , discusses then developes a plan of care. I am grateful she practices in Hot Springs, AR.

Naomi was amazing! She listened to all my concerns and she cared. That's what I have needed from a doctor for a while. She evaluated my situation, immediately took action, explained each step for moving forward and she was nice about it.
