Nancy Silvester, PA

I saw Physician’s assistant Nancy Silvester at a City MD due to a bad cough, mucus and nasal congestion a few weeks ago. She, in my opinion, immediately minimized my symptoms and alluded to the possibility that smoking (which I quit 5 years ago) was a potential reason for my condition. On my sick form she had me returning to work 2 days later even though she prescribed me a 7 day script with the knowledge that I probably would not be able to work, given my profession. After my medical department confirmed this, I called to get an updated sick form and was treated by her in a rude and condescending manner. She did not comprehend I needed the form updated to 7 days in order to take the medication she prescribed. It took 3 visits to get this form corrected.In summary, I feel like I was misdiagnosed, prescribed the wrong medication and worst of all, mistreated. I also feel like she downplayed and insinuated my illness almost as if I was just looking to get out of work.

First visit and here's my impression: office was clean and pleasing, Front Desk Staff greeted me warmly and were helpful during check in process since I was a new patient. I was seen by PA Silvester who was friendly and very knowledgable. She was patient and recognized how nervous I was and took the time to answer all of my questions and she put me at ease. Her treatment made me feel better shortly. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this place!

PATRONIZING AND VERY UN DETAILED EVALUATION. MISSED CRITICAL CONDITIONS. IMPROPER DIAGNOSIS CAUSED DELAYS IN PROPER TREATMENT INCLUDING CHEMO AND RADIATION. STAT HEALTH INCLUDING RECORDS DEPARTMENT IS INCOMPETENT AND NEGLIGENT. . VERY SORRY WE WENT THERE FOR EVALUATION. HUGE WASTE OF OUR TIME AND MONEY!

I recently visited Stat Health and saw a PA, Nancy Silvester. Nancy was friendly and took the time to listen to why I came in. She was very thorough and asked me a lot of questions during the exam. It was nice not to feel rushed. Nancy was very detailed in explaining everything to me which made me feel comfortable with her recommendations. I'm glad I chose Stat Health and would go back there again.

She is rude and condescending.. complained that my records were not complete/correct. , questioned me about viral vs bacterial infections. I been going to. Stat for years. And everyone else was at least kind.... now I will find a new place. ..... maybe she was in a bad mood, but I was sick and looking for medical help....it won’t be there because of her
