Nancy is a personable, understanding and caring professional. Her mannerisms instantly made me comfortable and helped me tremendously during a challenging event. I would highly recommend her.

Been with her for 12 years! Absolutely love her. She saved my life and helped me get through all my tough times and mental obstacles. She gave me all her numbers and told me to call any time of day or night if I needed her before my next session. She made me feel like family and totally at ease and unjudged. I highly recommend her and anyone who didn't find her receptive most likely were trying to be uncooperative or deceptive and she picks up on that BS quickly.

Completely felt rushed and mistreated during the barely 3 sessions I had with her. She prescribed me Zolof on first session, without getting a complete overview of my situation and also not being a doctor. I tried calling her to ask her about my medicine, and rudely answered she never picks up patients' calls.Then urged me to change therapist to Mr. Kim, since she claimed we wouldn't understand each other. And on third session she caught me by surprise claiming "I didn't want therapy, so it was pointless to schedule more sessions". What kind of professional therapist prescribes youmedicine. And then blows you off without following up on medication side effects? I felt looked down, unwanted and judged rhe entire tune. She challenges you in an arrogant, no so humble way. Arrived10 mins later to my 3 session, and said she just wanted to see how I'd handle that. I recommend people to seek therapy elsewhere, and urge them to find a kinder therapist

I absolutely recommend Dr. Rush to ANY parent that has a child or children with ADHD. She explains everything so that you can understand what's happening. She listens to all questions and concerns thoroughly. And she's genuinely cares about your child's wellbeing. She will sit in her office with you for as long as it takes.
