Great staff! Attentive providers! Easy and quick scheduling. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of an ER visit. Wait with others was for months. Nancy listened and addressed all my concerns.

Telehealth
Staff is always very helpful. Juana always has a smile on her face and an energetic approach. Nancy is always very professional and takes the time to answer my questions. Nancy manages several of my medical issues. I trust her and know she will always do what is right. I have a history of MS along other issues and Nancy is very knowledgeable when it comes to treating my issues.

There is no respect in this office whatsoever. Jessica is extremely rude. Nancy put me on a meds & gave me samples until Jessica could put in a Prior Auth (PA) to my ins & to come back & get more as I run out until my meds get approved. It got denied. So I went to get more & Jessica told me she wouldn’t give me more because I was denied by my ins. I told her that Nancy wanted me to stay on it until another med gets approved. Jessica would not give it to me. So I asked to make an appt w/Nancy & she argued about that. I finally got in w/Nancy & explained what Jessica said & she told me that they give Jessica the difficult patients. I finally called my ins. & they told me that the reason I got denied is because Jessica DID NOT turn the paperwork in on time & there was no diagnosis. So I am still without medication and had to abruptly stop the meds. I am now searching for another neurologist.

Disrespectful Staff
I called the office today to support my uncle with authorization for an upcoming test. After spending hours on the phone with Humana, doctor’s offices and finally reaching the point to speak with Dr. Navarros’s staff to finalize this search for approval in care, I came across with Jessica an unprofessional front staff employee. Her demeanor over the phone reflects the image of the company. She went as far as minimizing my uncles illness when I suggested if I should call the insurance to get approval by saying “ this is not a life or death situation”. I expect staff that is empathetic and understanding when it comes to care. We do not look for doctors when we are at our best, we look for them when we are uncertain and worried. Each patient has the right to be treated with consideration, respect, and dignity.

She's horrible, her office staff is horrible.
Her and her staff are horrible at returning calls. I was hung up on by a receptionist. We decided to go back to NorthWestern and a director of nursing called me from our new Dr's office because he called Nancy Navarros office. He called me back and said you aren't kidding that place is just horrible with their attitude. He got us in within 2 days ( avail appt isn't until nov) so my son could get his med. Would never go back. Only tried her because it was closer, I will definitely make the drive to northwestern now! Highly say don't go to this "nurse practioner" if you want horrible service

She will only call back and/or respond to emails from you on Fridays. I have given her 20+ years of medical records and documentation and she still asks for records I’ve already given her and refuses to give appropriate medical care. She has plenty of excuses for not prescribing maintenance medications for a well documented and permanent disabling medical condition. She hides behind laws and refuses to use common sense and logic by stringing you along. You will regret the time, money and emotional toll from her unprofessional lack of patient care.
