It took a long time for my fiance to agree to therapy since he's a private person. In our first session as a couple, Nancy asked for an example of the reason we were there. When I relayed the story to her, she responded by saying if I just washed the dishes then my fiance wouldn't have to give me orders. I can't overstate how damaging it was for our relationship that he heard a professional validate his harmful perspective and treatment of me as a newly postpartum, younger mom. I don't know who benefits from this type of therapy but I don't think she should even be in practice.

Nancy is an amazing therapist I have grown over the last three years tremendously with her help I highly recommend her !!! She gives you the right tools to teach you how to manage any adversity you may have..

Ms. Lubars has an amazing rapport with our special needs teen. We have worked with many mental health professionals over the years ranging from psychiatrists, to psychologists to social workers and Ms. Lubars was the first who just focused on getting to know him and his unique personality and needs before offering any advise. She is honest, pragmatic and professional and we are grateful for the guidance she has given us in navigating life on the adolescent spectrum.

This is the second time I saw a therapist in my life. Nancy helped me grow and make positive changes. She is such a great listener and shows compassionate energy. I highly recommend her!

A totally rude and unprofessional therapist. She was chronically late in starting sessions, would frequently check her cellphone during sessions, was invalidating, and would become defensive and angry when this was pointed out to her.
