I first saw Dr Hardy over 10 years ago (in my early to mid 20s) for depression and anxiety for situational issues. I have continued to see her, mainly when stressful events arise. She is great at listening. I'm comfortable sharing personal thoughts, feelings, and situations with her and she has been great in providing me with the information I need to help me process my thoughts. She's honest, approachable, and professional.
