Absolutely THE WORST counselor I have ever seen. Nine years later, I am still scarred from my experience with Nancy. We had a miscommunication error which resulted in me showing up for my appointment a day later than Nancy expected me. When I walked in the door she pointed at me in front of another patient and said "NO, NOT YOU" and continued to berate me for missing my appointment, it was an honest mistake on my part for incorrectly recording our appointment date. I was a 20 year old girl seeking alcohol counseling, and my dad had passed away two days before. Nancy did not know that my dad had passed away, but you would think someone in this profession would wait to understand a situation before reacting.
