Audiologist Dr. Gilston
Dr. Gilston is very kind, knowledgeable and professional. She puts you at ease and this helped me to concentrate on identifying the tones. Once the test is over she shares the results, explains them and compares them to the last test. Very reassuring!

Great
Dr Gilston is always kind and calm, and really knows how to test kids’ ears. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because she seems too busy through no fault of her own - the practice needs two of her! So it’s a comment on the practice, not her. The result is that things feel too rushed to get really good insight and feedback from her and the ENT right after the test.

not great with kids
i did not think she had a good demeanor to be working with small children. she swatted my three year old's hand away and was pinching her ear to get her to stay still. her equipment wasn't working well and my child was getting very antsy and did not liked being poked in the ear over and over again, but instead of being patient and helping her feel comfortable, she was annoyed and visibly frustrated by my child.
