Nancy Eisenberger, FNP

After a shockingly bad diagnosis at Rothman Orthopedic I could barely walk. Dr. Nancy was spot on in her diagnosis, patiently explained the treatment and had me healing and happy in days. I cannot thank her enough!!

Nancy Eisenberger is an excellent diagnostician. She has a strong personality which apparently has other patients hesitant to use her, but I appreciate her honesty. She has diagnosed arthritis in my hands, medicated me, and my hands feel and look incredibly better. At my last visit, I came in having an asthma attack. She medicated me correctly, sent me back to my dr, and suggested my adthma needed an allergist. Unbeknownst to me, my sister has the same issues. I highly recommend Nancy!

After my doctor retired, I was referred to Nancy. She was dismissive and intimidating. I would never go back to her or recommend her.

Some people should not be in the healthcare field! This woman judged me on our first visit, and treated me poorly. When I tried to leave she followed me out crying and begging me to let her help me. From a doctor, who only just met me..and tried to judge and diagnose me without even looking at my chart or LISTENING to my symptoms and other issues. I was five minutes late and she let me have it..she picked everything I said apart. It was the worst doc visit of my life! It set me back months!

I had to see Nancy when I began experiencing an increase of debilitating symptoms and my regular doctor was fully booked for several months. She was very dismissive of my complaints, did not allow me to fully explain myself, and her tone made me uncomfortable when I was already extremely upset about what I was going through. I was shocked and disappointed by her lack of empathy, as she is someone who treats patients in chronic pain on a daily basis. I will not see her again.

Nancy totally dismissed my complaints of pain and kept saying I was doing well. I believe she was showing off for her medical student. I tried to tell her several times that I was not responding well to current meds and again she dismissed me and said I have to be on them much longer for a response. She then rudely told me that "well nothing is going to take away all the pain." Like I seriously did not know that?? I would like to see her "learn to live in pain". Very disappointing visit.

I first met Nurse Practitioner Nancy Eisenberg in Dr. Shelly Solomon's office on June 28th. I had missed my appointment on the 27th with Dr. Solomon and was rescheduled the next day with Nancy. I had my reservations as this was for the new knee injection of gel syn. I was assured that Nancy had many years experience and I would not be disappointed. This lovely soft spoken lady appeared, introduced herself and sensing my apprehension put me at ease. The injection was over before I even felt it.
