Unprofessional
I've never had a doctor start the appointment by complaining that there was not enough information in my file to go on. She asked what the problem was and then seemed annoyed when I spoke for more than two minutes. Instead of follow-up questions or acknowledgment of what I discussed with her, she talked at length about a minor detail and elaborated for a while on that. Then, I started to ask a follow-up and she told me "let me stop you there" because "I have other patients to see".

Nancy Dugas was amazing. She is very patient, has wonderful bedside manners, explains everything very clearly. I loved my visit with her. She took allot of time to understand my health needs and went through one by one as I currently have quite a few. I would recommend her very highly.

She seemed more concerned with referring me out than with trying to provide care. Very immature practitioner with little patient emphathy.
