Waited hours to be seen only to be rushed out of my room within a few minutes. Condescending and doesn't like when you ask questions.

She wasn’t listening to me she told me not to come in at the time I was able to get there because of personal reasons she did not answer any of my questions. She did not want to help me with anything I needed.. the physician I seen there before at patient first told me to come in if I ever needed medication bc I did not have a personal Physician at the moment she wasn’t listening to me She told me I did have a provider when I told her I did not have one that I am on the waitlist. Never had a doctor so rude and disrespectful at patient First ever its the only nearest patient first Where I live. She doesn’t want to be there you can tell Was talk about medication and visit from years ago when I told her I’ve been there since then the doctor told me to come back if I needed medication because I don’t have primary physician I’m not sure if I ever want to go back long as she worked there all she did was give me medica paperwork did not tell me I was discharge

Terrible bedside manners. Came in the room to give me my results and was already halfway out the door when I was trying to ask a follow up question. You can tell she doesn’t enjoy her job or care about the patients.

I have never met a PA with such terrible bedside manner. While examining me this morning, she sighed and said to the medical assistant “just send me home”. A patient doesn’t want to hear that their provider wants to be sent home in the middle of a diagnosis. I have never had an issue with any PA’s at Patient First. She is cold, seems irritated when asked questions, and talks over you. Covid is scary for a lot of people and a bit of kindness goes a long way!

Nancy Dembicer has taken care of my entire family for MANY years. We would not go to anyone else! She has taken care of my boys since they were 6years and one was only a few months old. She is always kind and very concerned for each of us. She speaks out in public should you run into her. She is amazing and is one of those health care providers who, if she is not sure, she sends you to someone who would be. I would give her 100 stars if I were able.

Terrible service and bedside manner! After being set aside in our little patient room area, we waited for the doctor for over half an hour. Then the doctor opened the curtain, I smiled and said hello, the doctor rolled her eyes, didn't say a word, closed the curtain, scoffed and said "I need a break" then didn't come back. We waited for over an hour after that when the doctor finally came in. She didn't tell me how or why, didn't answer my questions, and kept leaving when I was trying to ask.
