Nancy Cook, PA

I left yesterday without knowing my actual diagnosis because the PA and physician failed to properly explain. Every time I ask Nancy Cook a question, she acts as if I'm stupid. When Nancy did explain my stenosis, she described the inner part of my spinal canal as staring down the barrel of a gun. I had seen the same pictures online before and knew what I was looking at. She treated me with a pompous, lazy attitude, like she had better stuff to be doing. I was just trying to figure out why I'm having pain and what I can do about it. I still have no idea what my actual diagnosis is. If I have a slipped disc or a bulging disc, this practice needs to educate Nancy better on how to properly talk to other humans. I see now that they've put all kinds of messed-up notes in my file as well. What is wrong with Tennessee?Update: I finally found out after talking to the office manager that I have a slipped disc. I would not recommend this practice or any of Ballad Health. It seems they lack care
