I would give 0 stars if I could. I was here with my son for acute care (which ended up being bronchitis) Upon arriving in the room you could feel her cold presence. She hyper focused on things in his medical history for 10 minutes that were completely irrelevant to the visit. She became combative when asked how the questions were relevant. When I told her I understood why she thought she needed to address certain things but I didn't agree with her, she behaved as if I become irate, even though I never raised my voice or behaved in a threatening manner. She then claimed she needed a witness when I disagreed with her (like she needed protection). I told her she didn't need a witness that I heard what she said and understood but just disagreed with her. I told her she just needed to listen to his chest and treat him for what he was actually there for. Long story short we left and went somewhere else.

I just can't believe she made me wait to she her and she was not even in the building! I been a patient for years when she first open she care for me and spent time with me now it's just hurry up and get you out of the office

She is great about check you out and doing all the right test on you that needs to be done. She has done test that other dr. told me it was in my head and she provided them wrong. Yes I would and have sent family, and friends to her.

The wait to see the NP is just crazy it's so hard to get an appointment it seems like no one cares that you can't get an appointment the front desk clerk could not be more mono tone and drab and just heartless. NP is nice if do agree with her but if you questions her she care she becomes upset and cold seems like she has too many pts to manage and could careless if you want to see her. Been seeing her for years and there been a really bad change with her in the last year just don't care

I can say with Nancy Buckheister & staff never had I felt better in years with my health. I even managed to lose almost 45 lbs.without exercising due to I had a drastic foot surgery. I thank Nancy & her staff for all and do hope to see her soon. I had moved but she is well worth the drive. Thanks Nancy for everything including the snack & drink you gave me when my blood sugar dropped. Love you all at Primary Health Solutions with Nancy Buckheister acpn-bcn she deserves alot of hugs.
