Having retired from military service I rarely saw civilian doctors. When I arrived in Clemson I signed up to Keowee Primary Care and was assigned to Dr Nalini. I can say I am so glad I got her. She is AMAZING. She closely monitors any issues I have recurring, she encourages me, she prompts me to do better, eat better, exercise more, watch my LPAs. Having an appointment with her is like visiting with a friend who really cares about my health. Great doctor!!!!
