“tough love”
unprofessional, unaware of booked appointments .. forgot about our appointment then cut it an HOUR short thinking i won’t remember it was suppose to be a 2 hour session. during talking i paused and asked where i was in conversation/“what was i saying again ?” she paused few moments , took me off mute then said “ummmmmm…..idk” …(last session ever) ..
