Terrible optometrist, very rude, condescending, and poor attitude. Stay away at all costs! Worst experience my family has ever had getting their eyes examined....

Very bad bedside manner. Rude, aggressive, and condescending. Should take a training class on bedside manner.

My experiences with Dr. Cohen have not been good. She is not patient nor kind. Her bedside manner and overall attitude is brusque and uncaring. I'm so surprised she is even a doctor.

Dr. Cohen has shown me how a real Dr should be. Very rare to find a Dr who take the time to communicate all concerns with such patience. She is an intuitive Dr who has educated me and my family with care and professionalism. A Dr who went beyond her specialty by sharing what maybe a remedy, and what may be the causes. I am so very happy that my primary Dr referred me to Dr. Cohen. She solved a great big mystery as to why I felt such annoying pain in my eyes for years. Moreover, the other Drs made feel like I was hypochondriac, a feeling I didn’t appreciate. What I do appreciate is how with her advice and remedies, both immediate and preventive, I am free of irritated eyes, which I endured for several years.Moreover, her office was one of very few, that had less than five minutes wait time, there by honoring my time as well as theirs. During this time of COVID pandemic, this was even more appreciated. I recommend this practice, both, Dr Cohen and her excellent staff.
