I find that Mystie Swingle is an excellent NP. She is caring and knowledgeable. She is always searching for answers for you and follows up with her patients. I will be scheduling other appointments with her and highly recommend her. Great NP!!

Have had several appointments with Mystie. She always takes time to listen and really cares about her patients. The wait time was under 15 minutes which is amazing!

I have see Mystie several times for different medical needs. She took the time to explain things to me and told me all my options! She gave sound advice and her recommendations were spot on! She refereed me to another health provider who was also great for a minor procedure I needed. I will certainly be back to see Mystie!

I have a urinary control problem and ask her to refer me to a female GYN/Urologist. That was approx. 3 MONTHS ago. I'm STILL waiting. I even ask again on a second visit and called again around 2 wks. after that visit. Still no referral. Also she did not send one of my rx. out to the pharmacy. Had to call and ask again. I finally found my own GYN doctor and scheduled myself. Today at that visit I found out I have a tumor larger than a large grapefruit in my abdomen that is most likely the cause.

1 hour and 20 min. was entirely too long to wait on a N.P., especially when I had an appt. When she finally made it into the room she spent less than 3 minutes giving me information that I could have obtained on the internet. I highly suggest she re-think how she schedules her patients because our time is as important as her time is. When you wait that long for someone you expect a whole lot more than what I experienced with her. Definitely will not be scheduling another appt. with her.
