Horrible! We waited 75 minutes past our scheduled appointment and did not even have the decency to say sorry for the long wait. Entered room like we owed her a favor. Was rude, her tone of voice. Actually yelled at me in front of my child as I said I preferred to research an optional vaccine instead of agreeing to it being given to my child at that time. Mentioned hookah smoking and beer pong to my 14 year old who said she didn't know what those were. Gave wrong prescription too. Grade = F
