Myra M Tilson is a certified registered nurse practitioner, (CRNP) who practices at Casa of Maryland in Tacoma Park. Once you find her you are in for a truly wonderful medical provider experience totally unlike any you have had with MD providers. She is a Doctor in the truest sense of the word but you will likely address her by her first name. She knows her family medicine specialty as well as any MD you could find. I had a very warm feeling about my first visit and look forward to returning.
