She is an excellent provider. She listens and understands. She is very patient and knowledgeable.

This provider is unresponsive, dismissive and unhelpful. She did not seem to pay attention to the side effects I was experiencing, and offered no professional insight on what changes might mitigate them. When I expressed that I don't have a preference and just dont want to continue suffering, she went out of her way to use verbiage that implied I was making requests for specific changes. Her response when I expressed a level of hopelessness on par with suicidal ideation -NOT intention- was to suggest inpatient care. She also made changes to my medication with no offer to schedule a follow up. I'm not even sure she called it in, which is going to result in a sudden stoppage of a medication known to have intense withdrawal related neuropathy and requires tapering. She provided incorrect information about a treatment I was seeking as an excuse to discontinue care rather than a professional 'break up', and was unfamiliar with prior authorizations and referrals.
