Without actually giving a physical exam, or even seeing my leg, he diagnosed a contusion from an xray and sent me home with instructions to call my doctor if elevation didn't make a difference after 10 days. Was obvious to a layman's naked eye that my femur was broken! Thankfully I went to the ER that same day, where I was admitted. This was a potentially deadly mistake, and truly unacceptable.
