It took me over 2 years to get an appointment with her. I only got an appointment 3 months after calling again because someone cancelled and I was on the waitlist. She was late to all three of our appointments. I still have not received a full report over a month after my testing date. She has not communicated with me what I should do next or how. Most of the testing was done by an intern.

Dr. Lowe and this clinic failed terribly to meet client's expectations. She asked me to change my appointment day/time so I agreed. When she called me she has not read all information I filled in forms I was told to fax in advance. She hasn't read and didn't know anything about why I was seeing her and guess what? She asked me to change an appointment AGAIN on other day. If she does not read any of those forms, then why even bother to fill them. Hope she does not charge me $240 for nothing.

Dr. Lowe may be good with children, though she demonstrates an extremely poor understanding of adult neuropsychology.
