She is thoughtful and well informed and caring. She actively listens and takes onboard what I am saying or trying to describe. I feel that she is 'with me' the entire visit and not lost in making chart notes or whatever. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I do wish they would not schedule her so straitly 'though she always seems in a bit of a rush.
