Monika has been my therapist for about 7 months now. Immediately I felt as sense of ease and support. She's given me not only the space to be heard, but also practical advice and tools to handle situations on my own. It's been a very healing time for me working with her. It's not just talk therapy, it's real, holistic therapy you can carry on with even after you stop meeting with her.
