Horrible - Monica Perme
Awful experience with nurse Monica Perme - I have never been so condescended to in my life! She was inexplicably rude and short, spoke to me like I was stupid, dismissed my concerns, and acted like she didn’t have time to be at the appointment at all and that each question I asked her was an additional annoyance. When I mentioned any other symptoms or concerns, whether redundant or not, instead of listening, she repeated herself like I was stupid, and listed out all the things she had just done and gone over instead of actually listening to what I had to say.
