The ABSOLUTE best! She continually educates herself on new research and stays relevant within her discipline. I went for trauma, and after I moved to another state, I couldn’t find a therapist that I “clicked with” more. She genuinely cares about her patients with her whole heart and goes out of her way to give them the best treatment possible. She is so knowledgeable and very willing to try different approaches to find what works best for you. 10/10. She is the best.
