Initial visit was fine and she seemed nice. I missed a follow up appointment by 10 minutes so it counted as a no call no show which was fine. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later but had a work emergency come up and I tried to call the friday before my monday appt but they were closed that day. Their call system did not route me to a voicemail so I hoped the caller ID would be enough or I could call and explain after my work on monday. Well they marked me as a 2nd no call no show and refuse to see me and will not let me talk to the Dr. Now I am on a stimulant that I can not get refilled and they have given me not options just "we cant see you".

I have been seeing Monica for about 3 years now and do not plan on being a patient of anyone elses!! Absolutely would recommend her to anyone seeking a professional!
