Monica spent a year helping our toddler go from very limited speech capabilities to a fully chatty kid! She is skilled, patient, dedicated and empathetic. She formed a genuine bond with our boy and he so looked forward to his time with her. She was easy to reach, great about keeping us up to date on progress, and even took the time to collaborate with our EIS provider. Even though the objective was to not need her services anymore, when the time came to end services, we were sad to part! Monica will always have a very special place in the story of our family.
