Takes to many patients its a running cattleyard. Staff is rude never returns calls

PA is not responsive, unavailable, nor follows up in a timely manner. After her patient was admitted and released from ER twice within a month for a "new" medical condition, she NEVER followed up to visit the patient. This PA was referred to us by an assisted living facility, who later begged us to drop her after seeing a vast decline in her efforts to serve her patients. In fact, they want none of their patients under her care. Examples of her inability to serve patients adequately include avoiding in person visits with phone calls repeatedly, untimely follow-up on prescription refills, and lack of follow-up in returning calls. When her name came up with other medical professionals and caretakers, they either remarked she became distracted with the cosmetic side of her work or simply made no comment or offered an expression that said a thousand words. No improvement even after speaking with her supervising doctor. Sadly, so many patients without advocates rely on her.
