Is not thorough in preventive care nor acute or chronic problems. She’s great if you want a quick antibiotic/prescription in general - that’s how she sends everyone away without examining the underlying issues.

Totally blows off your concerns and is very incompetent in many areas, including not knowing or understanding the side effects as well as interactions of medications. She will totally avoid answering questions that she obviously does not know the answers to. She referred me to a surgeon, whom I went to and I did not agree with their assessment and recommendation, so I told Ms. Finley that I wanted a second her opion and asked her to refer me to somebody else. Her response? "Well, you just trust the first surgeon. They only get paid if the operate, so if they think you're not a surgical candidate, I would just go with that, because obviously they want to get paid." Ubelievable! Needless to say, I am no longer a patient of Ms. Finley.
