She shared my daughters protected health information to my exhusband, his attorney, and it was submitted into the court file . All without a release of information.

Dr. Munn is a wonderful therapist. I felt healing from her just being in her presence. She is a very caring and kind person with a true love for people and desire to help. She is very knowledgeable in different therapy techniques that really work. I highly recommend.

She text me I would have a $35 copay. I knew I wouldn’t so I text her back that I didn’t. She said she would reimburse me if she was wrong, I text asking if she was actually in network with my insurance because I wouldn’t have any copays if so. Her texts were full of grammatical errors and it just didn’t seem right. So since she didn’t respond I cancelled the appointment 3 hrs later. She responded to my cancellation by harassing me with a phone call and texts, so I left a google review about this to which she called me names and berated me. I’ve posted screenshots of the conversation and her horrible response on other platforms. This woman should not provide mental healthcare!

If I could give no stars I would. My husband had the most uncomfortable session with her months ago and we never went back. Then today she calls from her husbands phone and tells my husband he has to pay for a session we already paid for over six months ago! When he declined she got upset and said “I’ll make you pay one way, karma perhaps” and hung up. Super creepy!!! Definitely do not see her under any circumstances unless you want creepy phone calls from a woman who guilt trips you about your depressive behaviors!
