My last two years with Monica have been life changing. She is an incredible therapist and an amazing person. She is professional, kind and empathetic yet also able to push and challenge me when necessary. She has helped me with my anxiety and taught me the skills necessary to get me to understand that I AM capable of taking care of myself. I have worked through some really tough things that I NEVER would’ve had the courage or the tools to handle if it wasn’t for Monica. I am so blessed that she was the one to return my call that August day so that I may begin my journey to healing. She is so welcoming and her office is a calming and safe space.
