Wrote a prescription for a year to be filled monthly on Oct 2020 , we talked about removing this drug after one year (the script was written monthly for a year by the doctor) . My insurance changed to filling every 2 months Jan 2021 and I call the office (which was a nightmare to get a hold of anybody) and was stated that I talked about getting off the drug so i would have to come in to rewrite the script (its literally the same thing that just needed to be rewritten FYI its a heartburn med nothing dangerous)

My daughter who was sober from xanax for a little over 1 month relapsed and went what they call doctor shopping. Found this nurse and she wrote her a prescription for xanax and now i am back to my nightmare. I ask you, do you not request and review medical history prior to prescribing benzos? She has a long list of xanax abuse, from toxic withdrawals, Seizures, and phychosis due to abuse. 21 yr old female Seen on 7/21/17 in your office. Plz stop prescribing.

I would not recommend this nurse. She took my mom cold turkey off of a very important medication called Gabapentin. My mother has been taking this medication for over 7yrs. She is a new nurse in a medical building where my mother has been going for a few years. Her reason was she wanted lab results from her liver before renewing the meds. My mother has had Hep C for a very long time and the Gabapentin could or could not be an issue with her liver, but this med can't just be abruptly stopped
