Just horrible experience all together. We switched drs as soon as we could.

Do not bring your children here. I have a 3 week old daughter who I was bringing here to obtain care. The nurse practitioner Mona Lisa Smith had treated my fiancé horribly. Saying she must “Feel like a cow” and that there “Must be something wrong with her body.” This was the first two appointments. When my fiancé came out of the second appointment she was crying and stated that the Nurse Practitioner had forced her to give my daughter a bottle before leaving the office. I had had enough at this point and decided to switch providers and had filed the paperwork with our new provider office to release records. Still having a scheduled appointment with Rome Medical Group two days later. I had showed up for what I believed to be our last appointment to be informed that they had cancelled it due to us transferring. I informed them that I had received a confirmation call yesterday. With them having legitimate concerns about my daughters weight you would think they would see her.
