Mitzi Thompson, NP

Mitzi was highly recommended but could not or just would not fix my hormones. I honestly don't think she has an understanding of hormones not unless it's a simple fix after you have had a hysterectomy. I gave her a chance and she just refused to raise my hormones after begging her because I felt horrible! I went to see her not having any symptoms but the cream she had me on started causing me horrible menopausal symptoms. When z I first saw her my hormones were low. After three months of seeing her and after she prescribed me a cream, my hormones went even lower.She kept giving me cream after cream and then troches but I called the pharmacy and they told me she hadn't raised the hormones in the prescription enough for me to see any changes. She didn't help me and only wanted to keep bringing me back to her office to talk about it. I waisted money on useless prescriptions and time seeing her and begging for her to help me with no help from her at all.

I have received such great care from Mitzi Thompson. She has listened patiently to any and all concerns, been available for timely appointments, and always followed up with me. I have occasionally needed to leave a message on the Premier Family Care patient portal and she or office staff have always contacted me in a timely manner. I highly recommend this practice and all providers at Premier Family Care. Especially my provider Mitzi Thompson.
