I have seen Dr. Blowers for over 2 decades. She is an amazing Optometrist. She is thorough, friendly & completely professional. She is in high demand throughout the Capitol District. I’ve always been so impressed with her that I trust her to care for my children. She is sweet & outgoing & made them feel so comfortable. I - along with dozens of people I know that see her- would recommend her hands down.
