Minkyung So

I transitioned to Min from an out-of-state provider who helped me enormously with tools to treat PTSD. It took me many years to find someone that understood early childhood PTSD so I was reluctant to change therapists. Before starting with Min, I consulted with several highly regarded professionals- and felt hesitant with each one. I noted in our first meeting that Min is compassionate and professional. I felt like she was present, interested, and invested in facilitating true healing. I felt like she saw the journey I was on and where I wished to go, and helped along the way. I feel like she respects my experience, understands it, and has an intuitive understanding of how families work. I need to balance therapy with a demanding home and professional life. She offered the ability to look at the past and present simultaneously, and learn from them both. I highly recommend her.
