Parking structure was close, front office was very nice, Dr was great!

My text reminder said arrive 20 minutes early for my 12 noon appt. I did. I was told the Dr would review my file at 12, then come get me in the waiting room at 12:15. That meant that I needlessly waited for 35 minutes. My time is valuable too. The provider did come to the waiting room at 12:15. Otherwise everything was very good.

Yes, the person that first called me, they said, you know, I had would had to wait to August and then I questioned them and said, you know, how come so long and they said, well, you know, that's the lead time and then when I endeavored to talk to them more they should well, we sometimes, get cancellations and I said, fine call me. That's what it was very good because the person doing that was excellent, they called me that it took three times for me to be ready, but the fourth time was the charm, I really appreciate that and I think that's a good good thing that they did. I think I was inquisitive to and I know that there's a big backlog and different appointments but anyway

Because I was not referred to the Senior Medical Ctr. by an UCI doctor there was no information to transfer. I now forget the other question that I wanted to clarify. Dr oak as very careful regarding not touching and keeping our personal space. She may have used sanitizing gel but I was not paying attention.

A pleasant experience all around from the welcoming and helpful front desk to Mina Oak who did the evaluation. She was very patient and answered all our questions.

Dr. Oak is very personable and is an excellent doctor.

I hope that I can get some help for my health conditions at UCI.
