First impression, her "office" seems disorganized, dusty, and unclean. The vibe is you great great aunts house who owns a bunch of cats and porcelain dolls. Second, I felt like she shook me down for a payment before even looking me in the eye. She demanded a credit card, took down the number on a piece of scrap paper and put it in her mess of papers, I asked if insurance would cover any part of the visit, she said she didn't know, but she has my card number so she would just charge the card when she got a response from insurance. I asked for coping mechanisms on how to deal with trauma, she was very cold and gave me names of herbal teas to help deal with my depression. Please don't go to her. She needs to retire.

Total waste of time & money. Not professional or patient centered, she talked about herself mostly never explained the EMDR Therapy Process. Very disappointed, we were lead to believe that she was experienced in this therapy from our first phone conversation . We are educated retired professionals and trusted that she was experienced in EMDR Therapy. She also invited us into her office but was not wearing a mask. My husband and I both wore a mask.
