I would advise against wasting your time and energy on this particular provider. It seems to be of a negative nature . Just use another provider.

I need more therapy but with another therapist.
I've had some experiences with a therapist named Mimi, and unfortunately, they were not positive. I often find myself discussing with my current therapist how Mimi's methods were ineffective and how they ended up causing me more harm than good. I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable and effective therapist.

spend some money grab a nice dinner instead
Rather than talking to her, you could spend your money on a great bottle of wine and a delicious meal. Conversing with her generated even more complications because of her lack of professionalism.

Going to Mimi was honestly the best decision for our relationship. My fiance and I saw her for help with our communication, managing my partner's anxiety, and support in bridging the gap between our families. What we got from her was beyond what we expected. We came out of therapy as a strong, united, and confident couple. Her style is amazing, she's respectful, empathetic, and professional, and really quick on figuring out what you need. We really appreciated everything we got from her!!
