Not only is Ms. Channer a poor listener, she doesn’t know how to connect to her clients. She does not make eye contact. She does not listen to the answers given when she asks a guest ion. I found myself repeating myself over and over again. I left her office completely frustrated and I was not frustrated when I arrived. I would not recommend her at all!!!
