Does not follow up with patients!!!
Requested Dr. Crowley multiple times for prescription to be sent in and never got back to me. Left messages on the Atlanticare portal. Did nothing wrong I guess calling a couple time so the Dr can get approval is to much to ask for. Her Boss Dr. Patel called me and talked to me for 30 seconds saying how busy Dr.Crowley was. I was not able to tell him what was going on he just said they are working on it. That was 4 months ago. No messages, No return call. I made an appointment with a different Dr at Atlantic Care Dr. M. Skyles and thought everything was going to be OK but a week before my appointment the Drs office called and canceled and said somebody will get back to reschedule. Nobody called!!! My wife called to make an appointment and she was told that somebody will get back to me. Very poor communication? Very poor service. All I needed was to write out the prescription properly as my prescription plan said to. I asked for somebody to get back to me. Still waiting
