Never is prepared when I come for appointments, forgets to call in med refills. Does not remember treatment plan or diagnosis of new patient as I trying to establish. I have yet to even be seen by actual doctor at this practice. Was handed off to NP immediately.

I had the worst experience ever at this office at 3270 Joe Battle, the front desk staff are rude, I had a telephone appointment scheduled and waited two hours for a call, I had initially called the front desk after the first hour of no call only to be told I was next. I waited another hour and still no call only to be told my appointment was cancelled! I never got a call or voicemail. Staff wears very rude, I won’t waste my time with this office.

My only complain is that all of there phone calls are on loud speaker and everybody in the waiting room is listening to all phone conversations. I'm a very private person and I don't appreciate giving my personal information over the phone due to anyone listening can write down your personal information

NO! First visit was in person and it went well. The staff was more involved in their personal conversation that helping me out. Second visit was virtual. He was over 40 minutes late and I was the first appointment of the day. He wasn’t prepared and told me one thing and my other doctor something else. His staff never answers the phone and when they do they don’t get back to you. Looking for a new doctor.

Outstanding staff and service. Ive had RA for 35 years but was in remission until this past february. Mr Martinez was great...so patient and understanding and informative! Im so happy you are on my side of town!! look forward to our next visit.

Miguel Rodriguez is extremely professional and full of information on RA. He is very patient and asks and answers ALL my questions! Everything from scheduling to explaining ALL your concerns about arthritis was addressed. This Dr. really cares about your concerns and the way you feel! He is located on the eastside at 2270 Joe Battle Blvd. I called 915-3171660. Call him... he is a wonderful Dr. and a personable human being!
