New Customer
After my dog literally ate my glasses, I needed an appointment and new pair. Dr. Vo was able to fit me in same day and she was very professional, thorough and offered valuable insight into my decision to go with progressive lens. never been to the practice before, but I am now a customer and will happily refer friends and family.

Has been my eye doctor for 5+ years and once my insurance changed and I apparently was out-of-network (even though my insurance company disagreed), she was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and literally hung up on me.

Dr. Vo and Lauren JUST lost my family of six with their poor customer relations. We went for YEARS. After transitioning to multi-focal contacts, and needed a change in prescription I was handed a week to try a new set. It was rough-going, but Dr. Vo said I would get accustomed to the new script. Ordered 90 pack, didn't work. Dr. Vo (once order was opened) NEVER called me back. AWFUL. Sad. CHECK their rules. DO NOT TRUST THIS OUTFIT. Good luck! Go elsewhere.

Dr. Vo is very thorough and personable with my examination. She was pleasant and efficient, explaining the process and procedures from start to finish. Dr. Vo took the time to explain the photos of my eye and the possible outcomes in laymen terms so I can make the best outcome for myself. I will be seeing her with my family in the very near future.
